What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide legal information to self-represented litigants (SRLs) and assess their needs without offering legal advice
- Direct and support Self-Help Center Specialists to ensure effective customer service
- Assist with complex customer service matters and resolve issues effectively
- Review, create, and revise legal resources and materials for SRLs to enhance accessibility
- Serve as a resource for court personnel and stakeholders to improve SRL services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in social services, law, criminal justice, court administration, or a related field
- Two years of experience in a court or legal setting
- Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Access to high-speed internet for remote work capabilities
- Knowledge of court procedures, policies, and legal terminology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Law degree from an accredited law school and current Certificate of Admission to the Bar of the State of Minnesota
- Experience working for the Minnesota Judicial Branch
- Supervisory experience or experience providing work direction to others
- Fluency in a language other than English, such as Spanish or Somali
- Experience creating or reviewing educational materials on legal topics
