What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage SEM & Performance Max campaigns from strategy development to execution and analysis
- Utilize on-platform and in-house tools for analysis to enhance paid media account performance
- Optimize and analyze targeting, campaign structures, ad copy, and bid strategies to achieve client KPIs
- Communicate performance results and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Identify and maximize new opportunities for client growth

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, particularly SEM & PMAX campaigns
- Experience managing multiple client or business campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
- Exceptional time management, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Agency experience is a plus
- Capacity to quickly learn applicable systems and processes
- Demonstrated analytical skills and technical knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
