- Oversee customer support processes using industry best practices and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
- Develop and test applications based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Gather business requirements, create technical architecture documents and reusable component library, and technical process and procedure documents for the group. Oversee projects, processes, and delivery of software applications.
- Direct technological research by studying the company’s goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
- Complete IT projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centers.
- Provide technical advice to clients by designing and developing IT solutions and evaluating data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements. Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating the organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements.
- Employ and maintain proficiency in range of software applications tools and technologies as defined by company standards.
- Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery, backup procedures information security and control structures.
- Position will be headquartered in Las Vegas, NV with periodic relocation required to various unanticipated project worksites throughout the United States.
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Applied Computer Science, or related field, plus two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Project Manager, System Analyst or related role.
- Experience must include overseeing project planning and development; allocating resources; managing projects using Agile methodologies and Kanban process management; Splunk; AppDynamics; ServiceNow; and Jira.
- Position will be headquartered in Las Vegas, NV with periodic relocation required to various unanticipated project worksites throughout the United States.
