What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain the ServiceNow tenant, including configuration, customization, and administration with various ServiceNow modules
- Create and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using API and SFTP
- Document configurations, customizations, and processes for clarity and compliance
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to design processes that automate and streamline activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues to ensure timely resolutions and maintain system performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required plus at least 3 years of configuration experience with ServiceNow modules such as HR Service Delivery and ITSM
- Proficiency in ServiceNow application development, including JavaScript and workflows
- Solid understanding of integrations and integration methods (API, REST, SOAP, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple work assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data analysis, research, and testing skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Understanding of GDPR and its implications on data security and processing
