What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee site quality control activities using a risk-based quality management approach
- Utilize data analytics and centralized monitoring to ensure timely resolution of quality issues
- Implement quality by design principles in collaboration with study teams
- Develop, track, and report site-level quality metrics to monitor quality management effectiveness
- Lead site-level staff training on integrating quality management methodologies into operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in Clinical Trial Operations and Quality management, or High School/GED with at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated understanding of the drug/device development process and new clinical trial models
- Comprehensive knowledge of ICH GCP, US CFR, and HIPAA regulations
- Proven experience in risk-based quality management and quality by design in clinical trials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Familiarity with decentralized/hybrid clinical trials
- Previous leadership experience in cross-functional team settings
