What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 6 years of experience building responsive frontend software
- Proficiency in Typescript, React (or equivalent experience in Vue or Svelte), HTML, and modern CSS
- Minimum 8 years of experience in implementing business-critical services
- Proficiency in Python, Unix/Command line, and frameworks like Django or FastAPI
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Atlantis, Crossplane, etc.
- Exposure to event-based or serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Kinesis, etc.)
- Background in machine learning, AI, or data science
- Knowledge of application security and web hardening
