What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and support the Experimentation Platform to enhance user experience and decision-making for product teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to find technical solutions for complex design challenges
- Increase developer efficiency through automation and system optimization
- Mentor and coach other technical contributors within the team
- Participate in the full development cycle, from design to deployment and impact assessment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of hands-on, post-grad, non-internship professional software development experience
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, including TypeScript/JavaScript and experience with component frameworks (React, Angular, Lit)
- Experience with Postgres/SQL database systems, ideally in a large-scale data analysis product
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a fully remote environment

- Experience developing end-to-end web applications, from database design to user interface implementation
- Demonstrated ability to integrate front-end systems efficiently
