What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the architectural transformation of the Registry platform, designing scalable systems for millions/billions of artifacts
- Optimize system architecture, solving complex bugs and making critical technical decisions
- Identify and refactor areas of technical debt to enhance code maintainability and developer productivity
- Mentor a team of 3-4 Software Engineers through technical challenges and elevate their skills
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user requirements into technical implementations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years leading significant technical initiatives
- Strong proficiency in Python and at least one compiled language (C++, C, C#, Go), with Go experience a bonus
- Expert-level knowledge of TypeScript with experience in frontend optimizations and state management
- Advanced experience with GraphQL APIs and data fetching strategies
- Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
