What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and analyze business processes
- Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automations using UiPath RPA software
- Build and configure RPA bots to automate repetitive tasks, ensuring reliability and efficiency
- Provide operational support for RPA bots, including performance monitoring and troubleshooting
- Train end-users on new RPA solutions and offer ongoing support for effective tool usage

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
- Strong experience with UiPath RPA software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with ERPs, specifically SAP and Oracle
- Understanding of AI & ML concepts
- RPA certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, or Java, and SQL
