What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements and align technical solutions with the organization’s mission
- Design and develop applications, ensuring usability and user adoption to enhance the user experience
- Oversee deployment processes and manage application performance across various environments
- Provide Tier II support for application issues and mentor IT team members
- Maintain and update documentation of application infrastructure and development processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience in software development
- Expertise in Salesforce application development, including APEX and Lightning Components
- Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming languages such as C# and front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Experience with database management, SQL, and API integration
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud environments, particularly Azure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress and marketing tools such as HubSpot
- Knowledge of project management tools like Jira and Smartsheet
- Experience with system integration tools and identity management solutions
