What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions using full-stack development tools and technologies
- Stay current with tech trends and participate in technology communities, mentoring other engineers
- Work with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions for financial empowerment
- Utilize coding languages including JavaScript, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, and Salesforce development tools
- Support the development of applications using Apex, Native, VisualForce, Lightning framework, SOQL, and RESTful web services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in Software Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Software Engineering (Apex, Native, VisualForce, Lightning framework, SOQL)
- Proven experience in full-stack development and cloud-based solutions
- Strong coding skills in relevant programming languages
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- 1+ years of experience with AWS cloud services
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development with Apex, Native, VisualForce, Lightning framework, SOQL
- 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
