What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop comprehensive test conditions and test cases for complex information systems and/or software programs
- Participate in all aspects of functional testing
- Evaluate and document complex test results
- Interact with developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to resolve issues discovered during testing
- Perform quality audits to ensure QA standards, procedures, and methodologies are followed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous (5-7 years) Software Development lifecycle (SDLC) experience
- Solid knowledge of IT and SW development concepts, strategies, and methodologies
- Utilized manual testing methods and exposure to automated testing tools
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to review functional requirements and translate them into test plans

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using MS Office products and exposure to SQL database tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Thorough and attentive to detail
