      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support product sales as a technical and domain expert in the Nonprofit industry
      - Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and provide tailored product demonstrations
      - Guide strategic programs in key accounts through customer journey sessions and roadmap discussions
      - Participate in marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows
      - Collaborate with other Solution Consultants to share best practices and enhance team efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Enterprise Software within the Nonprofit industry
      - Proven experience selling into the Nonprofit industry
      - Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions
      - Strong collaborative skills with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
      - Effective territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution guidance with Sales counterparts

      - Experience in leading customer journey sessions and roadmap agreements
      - Familiarity with competitive analysis and market differentiation strategies
      - Strong energy, drive, compassion, and an engaging personality
      - Ability to provide valuable feedback to product management regarding customer needs and product enhancements
      - Willingness to travel as necessary
