- Manages the overall administration of UO Team Member Crisis Assistance Program (TMCAP). Ensures Team Members needs are met with compassionate, professional responses to include: Meeting with Team Members, reviewing/evaluating eligibility for assistance, determining if need is commensurate to internal/external resource availability, review of confidential financial snapshot, and determination of presentation to TMCAP Review Board.
- Supports AskHR Services, and Universal Educational Center partnership with Orange County Public School by providing guidance and resources to support team. Establishes standards, monitors guest service, develops marketing plans, analyzes, and prioritizes program offerings. Develops operating procedures to drive business efficiency. Makes recommendations for process improvements and follows through to implementation changes. Develops, plans, coordinates, and executes various TM engagement activities. Provides assistance on special projects as assigned.
- Directs all aspects of TMCAP cases, ensures they are maintained in Oracle case management system. Creates and maintains statistical analysis and presents to Senior Leadership. Tracks, interprets/analysis data, determining how best to utilize UO assists, makes recommendation to Senior Leadership on how to meet the needs of Team Members.
- Manages the confidential documentation of all TMCAP cases. Supervises the check requests from the UO Foundation, oversees transition of new TMCAP Board Members annually. Oversees the administrations of grocery & gasoline assistance programs and maintain metrics and data files.
- Actively engages with community resources partners, identifies and maintains relationships with agencies to provide other resources for Team Members. Develops presentation material and presents to various internal department leadership to promote and educate on TMCAP program guidelines and other resources.
- Partners with internal Community Relations Team to identify community agencies to provide other resources for Team Members. Maintains all internal policies and procedures, reviews annually, and recommends changes. Ensures promotional documentation is up to date and ensure various Team Member information portals are accurate.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY: Represents Universal Orlando Team Member and Community Relations. Ensuring Team Members feel they have an Advocate during times of crisis. Provides vision and leadership to team while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization. Performs standard supervisory functions, including on-boarding, training, coaching, mentoring, task assignment, performance evaluation, and allocating staff resources.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, non-profit Health & Wellness, Business Management, or related field required.
EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced HR environment preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
