What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and execute email marketing programs targeting employees of the employer's clients
- Collaborate with marketing automation teams to implement marketing strategies and campaigns
- Create and manage marketing collateral, including emails, SMS messages, and digital assets
- Analyze marketing performance data to improve future campaigns and strategies
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns while maintaining quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred, or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead projects with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook, with knowledge of marketing automation tools preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience specifically in email marketing or lifecycle marketing
- Familiarity with HTML and print-on-demand systems
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional marketing teams and provide direction
- Strong organizational skills and experience in a fast-paced marketing environment
