What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide academic support and coaching to students preparing for the NCLEX-RN exam
- Develop and implement personalized remediation plans for students
- Create individualized Next Generation NCLEX study plans and workshops
- Communicate and document students' academic progress to academic leadership
- Coordinate lab experiences to ensure students meet course objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum of 5 years as a Registered Nurse in a clinical practice setting
- At least 2 years of experience in an academic environment supporting classroom instruction or tutoring
- Maintenance of a current, unencumbered IL RN license
- Excellent communication and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year experience in online teaching/tutoring/coaching of prelicensure nursing programs
- Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) certification
