What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide engagement and coaching to promote academic success and inspire lifelong learning in students
- Create and implement individualized Next Generation NCLEX study plans, activities, and workshops
- Communicate and document students' academic progress towards achieving learning outcomes
- Coordinate lab experiences and provide individual oversight to students during nursing skills practice
- Manage outreach to at-risk students and report metrics to leadership for strategy implementation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum of 5 years as a Registered Nurse in a clinical practice setting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an academic environment supporting classroom instruction or tutoring
- Must maintain a current, unencumbered IL RN license and a current unencumbered compact RN license
- BLS CPR certification required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year experience in online teaching/tutoring/coaching of prelicensure nursing programs
- Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone, computer, and virtually
