What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute indirect commodity sourcing RFPs for local, regional, and national initiatives, managing up to 30,000 sites
- Manage large data sets for procurement and auditing purposes, ensuring data integrity
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships related to negotiations and operational issues
- Support sourcing manager with communication, coordination, and implementation of sourcing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with contracting and procurement standards throughout the portfolio

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree and/or 5+ years of related experience in indirect sourcing or finance/accounting
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with strong analytical ability
- Proven ability to work successfully in a decentralized environment
- Knowledge of Federal Procurement Policy or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
