      About the Role

      In this role, you will work in a highly collaborative, dynamic, and fast paced environment focused on creating the most inclusive candidate experience for one of the largest apparel brands in the world. Working in Talent Acquisition means you're doing more than filling jobs, you will be a champion of both the business and talent. You identify, develop, and execute effective sourcing strategies to bring in great talent for the business. You are responsible for finding talent that no one else can through the relationships you build and the creative and innovative sourcing techniques you employ. Working in close partnership with Gap Inc. business and HR leaders, you provide the best practices in Talent Acquisition and promote our company as employer of choice beyond the apparel world!

      What You'll Do

      • Oversee & execute the end to end talent acquisition process for roles across Gap Inc., supporting all brands & functions in APAC locations, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and timelines
      • Conduct the talent research and provide region-specific insights and solution to address local hiring needs and ensure seamless communication with the broader Talent Acquisition team
      • An integral part of the Talent Acquisition team by implementing strategic initiatives, logistics planning and deliver positive experience for hiring manager and candidates.
      • Partner with hiring managers on recruitment best practices and provide guidance as a Talent Acquisition advisor to cultivate a trusted advisory relationship
      • Develop and utilize variety of innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talents in cost effective ways (e.g social networking, research and market mapping, employee referrals, advertising)
      • Proactively build and manage diverse candidate talent pipelines for key functions & roles and establish & maintain relationships with potential candidates to pipeline for future recruitment opportunities.
      • Seek out industry, competitor, and other business trends to ensure we stay ahead of the competition
      • Collaborate closely with HR business partners, Compensations, Rewards and Operations to ensure consistent and aligned talent acquisition process
      • Manage Recruiting module in Workday and ensure a streamlined process with high data integrity and policy compliance
      • Implement employer branding initiatives and promote employer of choice in the region
      • Support employer branding initiatives within region, actively promoting Gap Inc. as an employer of choice through targeted campaigns and community engagement
      • Manage projects and program execution within area of specialty and ensures quality of work
      • Provide team support to achieve APAC HR and TA goals

      Who You Are

      • Bachelor’s Degree and full lifecycle recruiting experience in global companies
      • You’re a problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement. You’re always learning with positive can-do attitude and solution oriented
      • You’re great at multitasking, can flex and work within multiple functions and/or channels as needed.
      • Being organized motivates you. You can effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands. You’re attentive to details.

      • You can maintain professionalism and handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.
      • You have experience in creating and executing written and visual communications related to talent branding on various social platforms.
      • You have a thorough understanding of applicant tracking systems and HR systems preferably Workday. You are also proficient in MS Office.
      • Good knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
      • Fluent spoken and written English. Demonstrated excellent communication skills to all audience levels.
      • This is an onsite position and requires working in Gap Inc. office (no remote working)
