- Enables deployment of new systems and qualifications by analyzing established criteria to identify gaps in employees’ training and experience
- Works in conjunction with internal subject matter experts and/or vendors to provide technology standards
- Authors and implements requirement documents
- Incorporating incumbent’s understanding and judgement
- Coupled with input from users, internal client groups, subject matter experts and Digital Technology teams
- Participates in ongoing system design, build, and maintenance to ensure systems meet the established criteria
- Coordinates with external vendors and internal IT department to implement learning technology enhancements and issue resolution.
- Learns system functions, connections, dependencies and methodologies and:
- Solves problems during deployments and irregularities
- Ideates improvements, growth, and new features
- Advocates for the best-possible user experience
- Educates stakeholders on system use, limits and functionality
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years in a learning administration or management role
- Exposure to Learning Management Systems
- Proficient using Microsoft Office.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions at first point of contact
- Strong Excel skills
- Customer focus with commitment to serve and delight customers

Job overview and responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide strategic design, development and delivery of Learning Technologies for employees across all Operating Groups and Corporate Services divisions. The employee in this position functions as a partner with front line team, business clients, other HR groups and training professionals in other divisions. This role is primarily focused on our qualification systems, including Airport Operations Quals and certifications.
This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd - a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc.
