      About the Team:

      The role involves managing the Structural Engineering Team and the budget for structural engineering consultants. The Team commission and manage external consultants undertaking structural surveys and Party Wall related works in response to requests made by teams within Resident Services.

      About the Role:

      You must have a Civil or Structural Engineering degree complemented by at least ten years’ experience in a similar role in a local authority. You should have good knowledge of structures, structural defects in low and high- rise domestic buildings, diagnostic surveys, remedies and Party Wall Etc. Act 1996.

      Relevant experience, sound structural knowledge and at least one relevant qualification in this field.
