What you´ll do

• Consolidates demands from local markets to central level
• Creates and aligns weekly supply plan for inhouse and externally procured/replenished products by professionally using planning tool (SAP-APO)
• Ensures customer service targets regarding on-time in-full deliveries and management of other performance KPIs
• Creates and steers coordinated rolling rough-cut capacity plan for dedicated assets based on input from demand & supply
• Steers supply bottlenecks and masters demand disruptions. Based on strong judgment capabilities secure proper escalation to the Supply Planning Team Lead
• Monitors and manages service, inventory, Slow Movers, Scrapping execution/devaluation, inventory health, Product Availability and overall efficient End-to-End Supply Chain
• Contributes actively on weekly planning, Supply Reviews, S&OP, Slow Movers, disposal management, NPIs and Project Board meetings to highlight current/future availability issues, working x-functional to reduce potential negative impacts and protect Henkel customers
• Drives New Product Introductions (NPIs) as strong project managers to secure launching dates are met in an efficient way
• Continuous improvement and optimization of processes along the supply chain setup
• Cooperates closely with other key departments like Production, Marketing, Business Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Packaging, Purchasing and 3PM
• Maintain strong working relationships with Henkel production plants and contract manufacturers in order to effectively perform production/shipping schedules

What makes you a good fit

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in the field of business administration or engineering with focus on supply chain
• High self-initiative and potential to develop into a leadership role
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent English (oral and written)
• Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in SAP APO & Power BI is an advantage
• Problem-solving attitude and team orientation
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment and with colleagues from around the globe
