What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and manual configuration promotions
- Administer and troubleshoot Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications and databases
- Collaborate with users and partners to debug interfaces and SOA transactions
- Monitor and resolve performance issues within the EBS environment
- Apply patches, upgrades, and maintain security updates for EBS applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, including 7+ years in Oracle EBS 12.2 administration
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle database and EBS 12.2 architecture, tools, and utilities
- Proficiency in patching EBS using ADOP (PSU/CPU/Rollup patches)
- Strong Linux/UNIX operating system skills
- Security+ CE or higher CompTIA certification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, FlexDeploy, Ansible)
- Familiarity with RAC, ASM, and Data Guard for high availability
- Strong knowledge of Fusion Middleware (WebLogic, SOA, OSB, OIAM, OEM)
- Expertise in performance diagnostics and tuning for Oracle databases and applications
