What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and develop Linux infrastructure to ensure 24x7 system availability
- Engineer solutions for system administration needs and manage software upgrades
- Monitor system performance and engage in capacity planning
- Collaborate with teams to develop automation strategies and deployment processes
- Mentor other System Administrators on technical specifications and software solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Systems Administrator
- Extensive experience in high volume and high availability networks and systems
- Strong software development background with knowledge of various programming languages
- Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and SFTP Spokes
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira or Rally
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS
- Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration
- Background in Scrum methodologies and practices
