What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the setup, configuration, and maintenance of the iServer repository, ensuring data integrity and security
- Evaluate and implement advanced technologies to enhance repository performance and integration
- Optimize and manage the underlying database for the iServer repository, including backups and performance tuning
- Provide user support, develop training materials, and conduct training sessions for users
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align repository functions with business needs and lead related projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with iServer repositories
- Proven experience in ensuring repository data integrity, security, and optimal structure
- 8+ years of experience in programming, system design, and architecture planning with advanced technologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Senior Systems Analyst or Developer in a large healthcare system
- 3+ years of development experience with technologies such as Java, JEE, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
