What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand current system business requirements and functions
- Assist in the migration/implementation/conversion of data from legacy systems to new systems, particularly Microsoft SQL Server
- Conduct testing for implementation and migration activities
- Create Microsoft Power BI reports and dashboards
- Interact with both contractor and federal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 8+ years of functional/technical experience, particularly with federal financial systems
- Proven experience in Microsoft Power BI creation and implementation
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing federal financial systems
- Strong experience with data migration/conversion using Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Server, or Dataverse

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree or higher
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Oracle Financials
- Prior experience in technical writing
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
