What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and cross-functional teams to design scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Drive the development and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud, including configuration and integration with internal services
- Implement CI/CD best practices to streamline deployment processes
- Design solutions using omnichannel contact center tools to enhance customer engagement
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and industry trends to recommend innovative customer service solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and administration, focusing on Service Cloud
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including languages such as Apex and JavaScript
- Experience with integrations to internal services and APIs from Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Architect
- Familiarity with agile project management processes and tools (e.g., Atlassian)
- Advanced troubleshooting capabilities using tools like Postman and VStudio
- Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Copado)
