      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Salesforce developers and cross-functional teams to design scalable Service Cloud solutions
      - Manage the end-to-end development and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud, including configuration and integrations
      - Implement best practices for CI/CD to enhance deployment processes
      - Design solutions utilizing omnichannel contact center tools for improved customer engagement
      - Stay updated on Salesforce trends, recommending innovative enhancements to customer service capabilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
      - 5-8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and administration, specifically in Service Cloud
      - Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development languages such as Apex and JavaScript
      - Experience with integrating internal services and APIs from Salesforce
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Architect
      - Familiarity with agile project management processes and related tools (e.g., Atlassian)
      - Advanced troubleshooting skills using tools like Postman and VStudio
      - Knowledge of CI/CD principles and experience with tools such as GitHub Actions or Copado
      - Experience with omnichannel contact center solutions like AWS Connect
