      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
      - Drive the end-to-end development and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud, including configuration and integrations
      - Design and develop solutions that utilize omnichannel contact center tools for enhanced customer engagement
      - Implement generative AI technologies and chatbot solutions to optimize customer interactions
      - Stay updated on Salesforce releases and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for customer service capabilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
      - 5-8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and administration, focusing on Service Cloud implementations
      - Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including development languages such as Apex and JavaScript
      - Experience with integrations to internal services and APIs from Salesforce
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Architect
      - Experience with CI/CD principles and related tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Copado)
      - Familiarity with agile project management processes and tooling (Atlassian, etc.)
      - Advanced troubleshooting capabilities using internal and external tools (e.g., Postman, logging, VStudio)
