What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Drive the development and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud, including configuration and integrations with internal services and APIs
- Implement CI/CD best practices to streamline deployment processes
- Design solutions that enhance customer engagement using omnichannel contact center tools
- Stay updated on Salesforce trends and recommend innovative solutions for customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and administration, focusing on Service Cloud implementations
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including development languages such as Apex and JavaScript
- Experience with integrations to internal services and APIs from Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Architect
- Experience with agile project management processes and tools (e.g., Atlassian)
- Advanced troubleshooting capabilities using tools like Postman and VStudio
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Copado
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
