What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders
- Create, design, and develop advanced Tableau reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Conduct detailed data analysis to translate business requirements into effective Tableau visualizations
- Improve user experience by designing intuitive and easy-to-navigate dashboards and reports
- Optimize Tableau workbooks and SQL queries for performance and efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent skills and experience
- 8-10 years of experience in developing and managing Tableau dashboards and analytics
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational database design and implementation
- In-depth knowledge of Tableau's capabilities and standards for creating dashboards and reports
- Experience working on large datasets, with familiarity in Databricks and Snowflake

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Retail sectors
- Consulting experience highly preferred
- Ability to understand the business impact of data and make recommendations based on findings
- Experience with tools and concepts related to data and analytics, such as dimensional modeling and ETL
