- Act as the principal “go to person” and lead the strategic and operational recruitment activities for one of our lines of service (Los) including among others budget (gap analysis), job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, reporting management and team coordination/development. You will partner closely with hiring managers and other HR teams to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage with passive or active candidates. You will build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Enhance the company's employer brand by promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities through various channels, such as social media, career fairs, webinars, conferences and industry events, showcasing our employer value proposition and engaging with potential candidates. You will support employer branding initiatives in collaboration with other HR teams and operational departments to increase attractivity, using social networks to create and animate communities.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews and skills-based evaluations to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates who align with the company's values and requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor the interviews’ scheduling between candidates and hiring teams. You will gather interview feedback from all stakeholders and provide insightful evaluations to facilitate data-driven hiring decisions.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the talent acquisition process to streamline efficiency and implement best practices, tools and technologies to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to advise hiring managers on market conditions and assist in crafting compelling job offers. You will maintain a solid understanding of industry trends and provide insight into the competitive landscape.
- Champion a positive and seamless candidate/client experience throughout the recruitment journey, from initial contact to preboarding, ensuring all candidates feel valued and respected. You will create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal clients and external talents and foster long-term relationships.
- Regularly track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and hire, candidate conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness. You will use data to identify improvement areas and successes and present recruitment insights to stakeholders.
- Train, motivate, provide guidance and coaching to Talent Acquisition advisors including review and development.
- Work on ad-hoc TAA projects.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience as international Talent Acquisition specialist or similar role in executive search and/or in-house recruiting within a fast-paced environment.
- A strong customer focus and business acumen to understand and anticipate the needs and to provide customized solutions.
- Good knowledge of all sourcing channels (Job board, direct approach, referral, global mobility, contingent worker, free-lance…).
- Are familiar with Workday and other psychometric tools (Hogan, Zortify…).
- Organized, detailed, curious and data oriented, with a demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities.
- Effective at managing multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines, engaging stakeholders, driving accountability ability to prioritize conflicting demands, organize time and resources to deliver solid and consistent results for the business.
- A positive “can do” attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Used to work in a team with members from different expertise, geographies, and cultures to achieve collective goals and have fun.
- Skilled in data analytics and have experience using a variety of social platforms and other technologies in recruiting.
- The ability to deliver and monitor processes in autonomy, very result orientated.
- A sound understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance related to recruitment and hiring.
- Excellent written and oral skills in English. French and/or German are considered as an asset.
