      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in the planning and execution of Talent Attraction strategies
      - Manage candidate selection and onboarding process
      - Engage in Team Member Process Management and Talent Acquisition programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required
      - Minimum 5 years of related talent acquisition/recruiting experience required
      - Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Certified Social Media Recruiter (CSMR) or related certifications preferred
      - Strong verbal communication skills and project management skills
      - Strong sourcing experience using job boards and social networking strategies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a corporate environment
      - Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
      - Knowledge of California, federal, and local labor laws
      - Strong negotiation skills and ability to multitask
      - Demonstrated skills in recruiting best practices
