      Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business area is growing and has an exceptional opportunity for a Senior recruiter to join a world class talent acquisition organization. This position will support the MFC business area Production Operations, Global Supply Chain, SOF GLSS, and or E&T/offsite location client groups.
      This role will primarily serve in the capacity of a full lifecycle recruiter by sourcing, recruiting, and screening qualified applicants using best in class tools and technology. The role will be responsible for building strong client and candidate relationships, sourcing for technical and non-technical candidates, building talent pipelines, negotiating offers, making compensation recommendations and working strategic hiring initiatives within MFC talent acquisition.
      This is a fast-paced environment and to be successful you must have a demonstrated track record of measurable effectiveness.
      Specific responsibilities include:
      • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and/or services contracts, cleared positions, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
      • Lead the efforts to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for client groups across MFC.
      • Strategize with TA Managers, HR Business Partners, and Recruiters to stay apprised of current business dynamics within your customer groups.
      • Works with all levels of management to understand the job and needs requirements.
      • Develops networks by utilizing tools and technology to develop a strong pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates using creative techniques, social media, databases, and other channels.
      • Source and recruit top-tier talent, to meet hiring goals of the long-range plan and to build candidate pipelines for upcoming and future growth demands.
      • Conducts prescreens to recruit prospective candidates and refers job applicants to specific job openings adhering to compliance requirements.
      • Partners effectively with HR teammates when working on compensation, compliance, onboarding, and other hiring processes.
      • Data driven decision making and ability to work on an Agile team
      • Project management which also included developing and delivering trainings and presentations to the business.
      • Some local and domestic travel may be required to attend job fairs and other events.

      This position may support full-time telework and we also work a 4x10 schedule which means every Friday off! We also offer a generous benefits package: 401K, PTO, work/life balance, and more. • Previous corporate or agency full-cycle recruiting experience and/or minimum 4 years of experience using complex CRM and ATS systems like Avature, Kenexa Brassring, iCims, Taleo, Saleforce, SuccessFactors or other similar systems
      • Experience in recruiting methods such as attracting passive and active candidates for technical and manufacturing skill sets; creative short-mid-range recruiting strategies, recruiting events/and or campaigns, utilizing sourcing tools.
      • Experience in leading trainings and project management including developing trainings and presentations
      •Demonstrated experience recruiting in a high volume environment
      •Understanding of OFCCP and EEO employment law and application to the hiring process.
      •Strong computer software skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) •Experience in recruiting and sourcing for engineering and technical positions.
      •Experience sourcing candidates for positions requiring security clearances.
      •Ability to source, identify, and build new talent pipelines.
      •Experience in diversity and veteran recruiting programs.
      •Strong customer focus and hiring manager collaboration experience.
      •Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics.
      •Prior experience in Aerospace & Defense industry.
