      Encoura is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our organization. Recruiting is a partnership between the Talent Acquisition team and the manager, with both equally invested in attracting and retaining talent. We’re looking for someone who knows how to strategically find top talent for technology and business roles who excels in building lasting relationships. This is a full-time, salaried position reporting to the Manager, Talent.

      A Day in the Life:
      • Own and manage talent acquisition pipelines including conducting recruiting kickoff and debrief meetings, crafting job descriptions, as well as screening and interviewing candidates for both technology and business roles
      • Work cross functionally with various hiring managers to understand the qualities of an ideal candidate and mentor them through the hiring process
      • Develop and implement strategies that will drive the overall talent acquisition process
      • Use our ATS (Lever) to track and report recruiting metrics
      • Utilize multiple network and candidate searching skills to find well-suited candidates


      Role Progression:
      • Within 1 month you’ll have an understanding of the various roles in the company for which you'll be recruiting and have developed relationships while partnering with the hiring managers. You’ll understand the ins and outs of our ATS (Lever) and have developed a habit of moving candidates through stages in real-time (reporting is only as accurate as the data quality). You’ll be a contributing member of the team.
      • Within 3 months you’ll have made your first few hires and will have developed pipelines for the other roles. You’ll have begun to identify opportunities for process and tool improvement.
      • Within 6 months the hiring managers will see you as an expert in recruiting and actively seek out your guidance on how to approach recruiting for roles. You'll see improvement in quality and other recruitment metrics.


      About You:
      • Demonstrated experience equivalent to at least 3 years of full cycle recruiting for technology and business positions
      • Strong networking skills that enable you to build a consistent and sustainable pipeline
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that reflect a high attention to detail
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, multitasking environment
      • Passionate about creating a high-level candidate experience
      • Experience in Higher Education Enrollment is a plus
