      We are the Offshore Wind Development & Coaching team. Our scope of responsibility is global and covers early careers programmes, talent programmes, leadership development, building career paths, managing our learning environment and individual requests – and more. As our business grows, so do we and are looking for a seasoned professional who will report into the Team Lead Identify & Develop at RWE Offshore Wind and take over the following tasks:

      • You act as main point of contact for people & leadership development inquiries in UK and deliver our strategic objectives with a focus on our UK market & local strategy
      • You design and implement global development & learning programmes (ranging from leadership programmes to (strategic) early careers programmes incl. apprenticeships etc.) in collaboration with HR colleagues and our business and act as project manager
      • You leverage knowledge of key drivers of attraction, retention, and employee engagement in the development implementation and ongoing evolution of relevant talent and development programmes
      • You support to drive of the evolution of our holistic organisational learning ecosystem to increase usability, standardise and improve processes to create a state-of-the-art learning experience for our global organisation
      • You ensure high-quality through continuous improvement by evaluating the effectiveness of our portfolio, internal and external data & trends via regular feedback loops, research, exchange etc.

      Essential skills:

      • Completed university degree preferably in (Business) Psychology, Personnel Development, Business Administration or comparable preferred
      • Extensive expertise in people & leadership development, personnel diagnostics expertise, any certifications (e.g. Hogan, coaching) are a plus
      • Several years of professional experience in designing and implementing talent & development strategies and deriving strategic actions in a global, complex organisation preferably in a corporate organisation or a human resources consultancy
      • Advanced project management, excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, business fluent in English
      • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, strong commitment and result orientation
      • Open-minded and strong solution-oriented personality, keen to question and continuously improve status quo
      • International experience and intercultural sensitivity
