What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and review the quarterly and year-end consolidated tax provision under ASC 740, ensuring compliance with SOX
- Forecast the company's effective tax rate and global cash tax payments for annual and strategic planning purposes
- Collaborate with the tax organization to analyze changes in tax laws and their impact on the company's tax position
- Prepare tax-related footnotes and disclosures for SEC filings, including 10-K and 10-Q
- File federal, state, and local tax returns while ensuring compliance with all tax regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- At least 6+ years of relevant experience in corporate tax strategy within a large multinational corporation, including 2 years with a Public Accounting firm
- Knowledge and experience with ASC 740 accounting for income taxes
- Excellent computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency with OneSource tax software
- CPA certification (not required, but a plus)
