      The position will be based in Lot 18, 3rd Street, First Philippines Industrial Park, Barangay Ulango, Tanauan City, Batangas and will report to the Finance Director of B/E Aerospace B.V., Philippines Branch.

      The candidate is primarily responsible for tax compliance, tax controversy, tax accounting and related matters of the Branch including:

      • Support and tax advice on Philippine direct and indirect tax matters in connection with day-to-day operations as well as business expansion

      • Ensuring direct and indirect tax compliance in the Philippines (including national and local taxes) and support U.S. State and Local indirect tax filings

      • Ensuring proper documentation and document retention to support tax return positions

      • Ensuring compliance of the existing or new incentive requirements under PEZA regulations

      • Ensuring compliance with Computerized Accounting System (CAS) requirements

      • Manage tax audits and controversies with the support of outside tax advisors and the RTX Corporate tax team

      • Support RTX Corporate tax team in the preparation and completion of US tax reporting requirements under ASC 740 standards of US GAAP

      • Work with RTX Corporate tax team on all transfer pricing matters for Philippines Branch, including oversight of outside tax advisors in the preparation of annual local Philippine transfer pricing documentation

      • Monitor, analyze, and advise on potential impacts of new Philippines tax laws/regulations on the Branch, including implementation of changes to processes/procedures as appropriate

      • Train, mentor and develop junior tax associate


      The candidate will be required to work closely with the various functions/divisions in the Branch and the RTX Corporate Tax teams in the U.S. and the APAC region.
