What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare complex U.S. and multi-state income tax returns for various business entities
- Manage client deliverables and ensure compliance with due dates
- Conduct tax research and prepare detailed memorandums on findings
- Respond to IRS and state agency audits, inquiries, and tax notices
- Assist in training new hires and ongoing employee development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of recent public accounting experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Business, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in computer and tax software, specifically ProFX tax
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
