What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and facilitate project working sessions throughout the design-driven development engagement
- Collaborate with product management teams to align product strategy and vision with business goals
- Conduct interviews and requirement workshops to understand business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive experience and technical solutions that meet program objectives
- Provide guidance and mentorship to product owners and team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field, or significant equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience with systems modeling, user interface design, and data flow
- 3+ years of experience in Scrum Agile development or Scaled Agile Framework preferred
- Excellent verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior healthcare experience is desired
- Proficiency with analysis and presentation tools such as Miro, Figma, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Strong written skills for conveying functional details accurately
- Ability to learn the healthcare domain quickly
- Experience in business analysis for 10 years
