This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the implementation and optimization of the iCertis platform for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and closure, while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, procurement, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements and objectives.
  
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and communication plans.
  
• Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.
  
• Provide expert-level guidance on CLM processes and best practices to ensure the effective adoption of iCertis solutions.
  
• Monitor project performance and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and quality standards.
  

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of project management experience, with a focus on technical projects in complex environments.
  
• Strong expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and tools, with hands-on experience in iCertis platform implementation and management.
  
• Agile certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), are strongly preferred.
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
  
• Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
