      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Strong belief in talent density, with a focus on making each hire count
      - Ability to provide a white-glove experience for every candidate
      - Proven track record of sourcing passive top talent in challenging market conditions
      - Preference for quality over quantity in recruitment efforts
