What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full end-to-end lifecycle recruitment process for internal client groups
- Utilize various recruiting techniques to build networks and assess top talent
- Collaborate with engineering teams to share competitive intelligence and candidate leads
- Advocate for hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Source candidates through online channels and engage passive candidates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven work experience as a full-cycle recruiter
- Experience leading recruitment processes for engineering teams
- Recent track record of hiring technology talent in a startup environment
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with candidates and management

- Experience in building high-powered teams in Robot Autonomy, Software, Hardware, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
