What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the CTO and EPD hiring managers to develop and execute hiring plans and strategies
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and closing technical talent
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural alignment
- Advocate for a data-driven recruitment process, utilizing metrics to influence and improve hiring strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience as a full-cycle in-house Technical Recruiter, preferably in growth-stage SaaS startups
- Strong understanding of engineering, product, and design roles within a product-focused SaaS environment
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top technical talent in a competitive market
- Experience negotiating complex offers, including equity packages
- Proficiency in using recruiting metrics and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Ashby ATS
- Familiarity with Gem or similar sequencing tools for sourcing campaigns
- Experience developing recruiting dashboards and reports
- A strong desire to contribute to defining recruiting processes in a startup environment
