What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the CTO and EPD hiring managers to understand team needs and develop hiring strategies
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and closing top technical talent
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural alignment
- Advocate for a data-driven recruitment process by using metrics to influence and fine-tune hiring strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience as a full-cycle in-house Technical Recruiter, preferably in growth-stage SaaS startups
- Strong understanding of engineering, product, and design roles in a product-focused SaaS environment
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top technical talent in a competitive market
- Experience negotiating complex offers, including equity packages
- Proficiency in recruiting metrics and experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Ashby or similar ATS
- Experience with Gem or other sequencing tools for sourcing campaigns
- Familiarity with developing recruiting dashboards and reports
