What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate and manage high exposure Workers Compensation claims, including catastrophic losses and complex cases
- Collaborate with specialty resources to manage medical treatment and lost time benefits
- Develop strategies to resolve claims involving complex statutory benefit entitlements and medical diagnoses
- Maintain communication with injured workers regarding claim status and engage specialty resources as necessary
- Act as a technical resource to others and fulfill other assigned duties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years of Workers Compensation experience
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Thorough knowledge of insurance contracts and legal regulations related to the insurance industry

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree highly preferred
- Advanced negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- In-depth understanding of Workers Compensation products and jurisdictional parameters
- Experience with complex claims and settlement techniques
- Familiarity with medical knowledge related to injuries and treatment requirements
