What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional technical support for eSignature and Intelligent Agreement Management applications
- Resolve complex technical issues related to API integrations, network security, and multi-product workflows
- Collaborate with engineering to address customer issues and influence product development
- Utilize various support tools and resources including Salesforce, Jira, and SQL for issue resolution
- Promote Docusign products and services through consultative discussions with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of SaaS network troubleshooting experience in a Technical Support or Network Operations Center capacity
- Experience troubleshooting in a web-based environment including HTTP, JSON, IIS, HTML, and CSS
- Log analysis experience using network tools such as Wireshark and browser developer tools
- Windows PowerShell scripting work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency with modern markup and programming languages such as XML, C#, Python, or JavaScript
- Knowledge of web services, SDKs, REST, and SOAP APIs
- Experience as a Support Expert specializing in Docusign technologies
- Familiarity with Docusign Contract Lifecycle Management workflows
- Strong technical writing skills and effective communication abilities
