What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review new file assignments and determine effective handling procedures for title documents
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding claim status and the total loss title process
- Conduct first and second-level service recovery efforts and critical issue resolution
- Ensure all documents related to a claim are properly managed and electronically attached
- Mentor and assist with onboarding and training of peers within the department
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4 or more years of prior auto insurance claims handling experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across departments
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Experience handling vehicle titles and state-specific documents preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software suites (Word, Outlook, Excel)
