      The Senior Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, communications, and administration of Graco’s total rewards plans and programs. The role will help ensure that our compensation and benefit programs are aligned with business objectives, competitive with the market, and effective in attracting, motivating, and retaining talent. In addition, the Senior Total Rewards Analyst will ensure that all programs comply with applicable laws and regulations, and continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction of these programs.

      What You Will Do at Graco

      • Assist in developing and administering total rewards plans and programs, including global salary structures, factory wage reviews and step progressions, incentive plans, retirement plans, and stock programs.

      • Administer global total rewards programs and processes including the annual merit review process, ESPP open enrollment, incentive plan payouts, stock grants, and annual retirement processes.

      • Collaborate with Graco’s HR partners and leadership team to provide strategic consultative services on all retirement and compensation topics and help ensure that our total rewards programs are aligned with the business and talent strategies.

      • Conduct job evaluations to ensure jobs are graded appropriately, considering external market analysis, internal equity, and regulatory compliance.

      • Oversee global grade pay structures, including development of annual market movement recommendations.

      • Collaborate with business leaders and finance partners to design, administer, and communicate variable bonus and incentive plans.

      • Benchmark benefit offerings and make recommendations to enhance our total rewards strategy.

      • Provide strategic support for global retirement plan design and governance, including both defined benefit and defined contribution plans.

      • Participate in benefit and compensation activities involved with the integration of acquisitions including cost analysis and modeling, termination of existing plans, and onboarding communications.

      • Participate in the Benefits Finance Committee and Benefits Plans Committee meetings.

      • Ensure compensation and benefit plans, programs, and practices remain legally compliant by monitoring changes in laws and regulations and proactively recommending program updates to maintain compliance.

      • Proactively develop and distribute communication and education materials to increase employee understanding and perception of our total rewards programs.

      • Manage rewards programs for expatriates, including the analysis, review, administration, and communication of global mobility allowances and policies.

      • Support annual proxy and tally sheet processes as well as development of related board materials.

      • Provide mentorship, work direction, and training to less experienced Total Rewards team members.

      • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of total rewards programs and implement changes; evaluate and revise internal processes; and document and maintain administrative procedures.

      • Handle complex escalated benefits and compensation inquiries for employee questions to ensure quick and accurate resolution.

      • Other duties as assigned.


      What You Will Bring to Graco

      • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related field

      • 5+ years Total Rewards related experience

      • Previous experience with HRIS / Payroll systems (Workday preferred)

      • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices (job evaluation, retirement plans, other reward programs)

      • Exceptional communication and organization skills with a commitment to accuracy and detail

      • Excellent customer service orientation, flexible and adaptable to change, team player, and continuous improvement mindset

      • Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and exercise sound judgment

      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

      Accelerators

      • International Total Rewards administration and communication experience

      • Merger, acquisition, and divestiture experience

      • CCP, CEBS/CBP, PHR, or SHRM-CP credentials

      • Experience with equity administration and global compensation and retirement benefit programs

      The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
