What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate instructor-led onboarding and continuing education training courses for various programs
- Maintain knowledge of multiple functional areas and deliver training that integrates diverse processes
- Evaluate trainees and provide feedback to managers on performance, establishing criteria for successful training completion
- Create training processes and materials in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Partner with operational leadership to identify training needs and knowledge gaps

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA degree or equivalent years of experience strongly preferred
- Two to three years of experience in teaching, training, or a related field
- Two or more years of experience and expertise in relevant subject matters
- Proven customer management skills with large and complex accounts
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Salesforce or other Client Relationship Management systems
- Understanding of SaaS business motions and customer lifecycle
- A passion for developing, mentoring, training, and up-leveling skills in others
- Startup and SaaS background
